He is a Marketing graduate of the University of Central Florida and a former U.S. Air Force officer. He takes pride in delivering total quality customer service and cutting edge rates and programs to each and every client. Astute of the market, he religiously monitors mortgage backed securities and advises clients regarding rate lock decisions. While away from the office, Jay enjoys spending time with his three girls, Erin, Kirsten and Sophia. He lives in Clearwater, FL and frequently travels back to his home away from home: Scituate, MA.
